When will I get the product after purchasing?

Immediately after successful payment, you will receive an email containing your username and Robot ID , after that you can login to Robot Center where you can download the Robots,Authorize your Metatrader Accounts ,as well find a Quick Setup Guide.

What is the minimum $ amount your Robots can trade with?

There is no minimum! Our Forex Robots will work on all account types and sizes on Metatrader 4 brokers (Outside of NFA regulations).

What is the recommended leverage?

Is it hard to install? I'm a forex newbie

It really can't get any easier than this. All it takes is a simple download, placing the  expert advisor in a certain folder, then loading your metatrader and attaching it to your selected charts. All of this is clearly demonstrated in the setup in the Robot Center section.

Are your Robots compliant with the new NFA regulations?

Unfortunately not! If you wish to use our robots, it will have to be on either a non NFA regulated broker or an off-shore broker. Do not let this scare you though, there are plenty of trust worthy off-shore brokers that we here at Mexplanet use as well as many traders around the world. This should not be a cause for concern.

Will I have to change many settings, or will it be optimized right away?

The only setting you will have to change is the lot size. What you will have to change it to will completely depend on your broker/account size and leverage.

What currency pairs does it work best on?

FX Spyder 2 Robot best pair is is GBPUSD on 1M Time Frame. The Robot can work as well with EURUSD on 15M Time Frame

Poker Ea 2 Robot best pair is is USDJPY on 30M Time Frame. The Robot can work as well with GBPUSD on H1 Time Frame

We Highly recommend to our clients First do Foward tests  on the "Strategy Tester" of Metatrader Plataform , using the different settings recommended by us, so they can get the best appropriated settings before going live on a Real Account.

When does it trade?

Our Robots are set to trade 24 hours of the day, and 5 days of the week. This can be changed, but is not recommended.

How often does it trade?

Our robots will trade very often, an average of 5-10 trades per day. This can be changed, but is not recommended.

Do I have to leave my computer on 24/7?

24/5 from Sunday afternoon to Friday night. Or you can run it on a VPS from $ 35 a Month with us.

Will there be free updates? How will I get them?

You bet the updates will be free. They will be posted in the Robot Center section when you login, and all customers will be notified via e-mail of any new versions.

What is the refund policy?

Refund policy is 30 days, no questions asked. Just remember if you decide to refund, your membership will be terminated, and your copy will NOT work anymore.
